The aromas are studied and developed together with the client basing on specific application criteria and on the type of drug that one wants to flavor: syrup, tablet, piece of candy or instant powder formulas.

In this so promising field we have developed such a know-how that enables us to produce special extracts with a high biological activity obtained from a vegetable matrix which have a nutraceutical interests. Among these we can already provide our clients with extracts of green tea, black tea, saffron, camomile, curcuma and stevia.

Since years our company supplies companies who produce beverages with special cores to flavor, to color, to sweeten und to sour while simplifying the production process of the beverage. These technological compounds can be used for the production of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, of spirits and favored distillates.

Thanks to the know-how gained over the years and to an inner laboratory exclusively specialized in the ice-cream production, we successfully produce aromas and extracts both for the main component and the topping. furthermore we develop and produce special basic-components for vegan, diabetic and low-calories and low-fat ice-creams.

This range of products is made out of stable to heat treatments aroma, designed for bakery products, liquid aromas or in specific pastries for the highest standards of the patisserie world.

For this special section we have created a specific line based on vanilla extracts, cacao extracts and aromas which bring out the notes of the cacao and its derivatives.

The experience gained in the field of the favoring of oils, sauces and dressings has enabled us to present a complete range of natural aromas and fat-extracts which match the high standards of the finest cuisine, of the catering industry and of the industrial production. Some examples are fat-extracts of chili pepper, of basilicum, rosemary and of garlic.

From the very beginning among our top products we have our white and black truffle aromas. Thanks to the constant research, often in cooperation with our clients, our standards have become leaders in this field. Moreover in our factory we produce the basic molecule of the flavor of truffles and are carrying out plenty advanced studies in order to gain the true natural aroma.
